Yayy or Nay. This is just like taking some ‘Agbo’ with Eba. For someone advised to consume Kale in its Vegetable form and as Juice, this was what came to mind. 🥰😁 The glycemic Index for Kale is sooo low. Great for Insulin Resistance. The taste might not be so palatable but for me Health benefits first. By the time it’s all mixed with my Okro and Stew , I would have even forgotten the original taste. I don’t advise taking Kale 🥬 or the juice regularly. For me once or twice a week does enough justice for what I am aiming for.
